Our children lit up the stage with color, rhythm, and joy as they celebrated United Nations Day! From Africa’s lively “I Like to Move It” to Indonesia’s cheerful dances — “Gundul Gundul Pacul” and “Rasa Sayange” — and the crowd-favorite “Tabola Bale”, every performance shone with energy and pride. Dressed in costumes from around the world, the children sang of peace and friendship, ending with “It’s a Small World” — a beautiful reminder that though we come from different places, we are one global family.
A joyful celebration of unity in diversity! We came together to honor cultures from all around the world through exciting games representing each continent. From Egrang Batok of Indonesia in Asia to the Spaghetti Race of Italy in Europe, and the Carerra de Sacos of Costa Rica in South America — every corner of the globe came alive with laughter and energy. Africa’s Limbo, Australia’s Croquet, North America’s Hoop and Pole, and even Antarctica’s fun Photobooth brought everyone together in the true spirit of the UN — celebrating peace, friendship, and the beauty of every nation under one sky. The day culminated in a vibrant international potluck, where everyone shared delicious dishes all around the world — a true feast of global flavors and togetherness.
It is our goal to provide age appropriate opportuniy for every child enrolled in Kiara Karitas enrichment classes.
